At Centre Staging, we specialize in working with both agents and sellers alike to get the most money out of their houses.  When selling, you should detail your house like you detail your car, and it's our job to assist you in this process.  As of April 2009, approximately 95% of Staged Homes Staged by an ASP have sold in 35 days or less, and the investment of Staging your home is less than the first price reduction on your home.  With that information doesn't it make sense to ask a professional to lead the way?

Who Am I?

My name is Mindy Derby and I received my Staging Accreditation with StagedHomes.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and I work in the DFW and North Texas area as a Stager and Designer.  My job essentially is to help provide you with the perfect space that your buyer will love, or create a space that you enjoy living in as well!
